Portland, Ore. - Bullard Smith Jernstedt Wilson proudly announces that David M. Thompson recently joined the Board of Directors of the Jesuit Volunteers Corps Northwest.  David graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science degree (Psychobiology) and a Bachelor of Arts degree (Spanish) in 2001 and was admitted to practice to the OSB in 2005.  He is an associate with Bullard Smith Jernstedt Wilson and his practice focuses on labor relations and employment advice to public and private employers.  David enjoys being actively involved in the community including the Portland Business Alliance, the Connector Project, the Portland Higher Education Task Force, and Co-President of the Santa Clara University Alumni Association - Portland Chapter.  He supports numerous locally based non-profits including the Morrison Child and Family Services, the Black Parent Initiative, Neighborhood House, Community Transitional School, Jesuit High School and St. Francis of Assisi Dining Hall.
