Bullard Law is seeking an experienced lateral attorney with public and/or private sector traditional labor experience to join our growing management-side practice. We are a Portland, Oregon-based boutique labor, employment litigation, and employee benefits law firm representing management-side clients in both public and private sectors.
Ideal candidates will have seven or more years' experience as a client lead responsible for contract bargaining, workplace strategies, proposal documents, arbitrations, grievances, organizing campaigns, and interaction with agencies (ERB, BOLI, NLRB) in the labor law field. A book of business is not required. We highly value teamwork, positive collegiality, a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
