Now that the COVID-19 vaccination is becoming more available and businesses are anxious to start opening up, employers are going to have a lot of questions. Can and should you mandate the vaccine for employees? What considerations should you take into account when crafting a COVID-19 vaccination policy? How do you roll out a vaccination program and who pays for it? Does the law shield certain qualifying employees from a mandatory program? And how do you handle employees who don’t qualify for a legal exemption but still refuse to get the vaccine? During this one-hour webinar, Naomi Johnson and Liani Reeves will address these and other questions that will inevitably arise for employers in the next few months.
