Bullard Law is pleased to announce that Ed Choi and Jessica (“Jess”) Osborne have become shareholders, effective January 1, 2023. These two attorneys have demonstrated outstanding legal work and a commitment to the firm’s future and its clients. “We are thrilled that Ed and Jess are now shareholders at Bullard Law,” said Dennis Westlind, Managing Partner at Bullard Law. “Bullard law remains committed to providing outstanding legal services to our clients, and Ed and Jess will be an important part of meeting that commitment for years to come.”
Ed Choi represents and counsels employers on a broad spectrum of employment issues, including wage-and-hour class actions, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and trade secret and non-compete disputes. Ed has significant experience handling cases through arbitration and trial and has represented employers in federal and state courts before the U.S. Equal Opportunity Commission and the Oregon Bureau of Labor & Industries. Ed graduated from The University of Chicago Law School.
Jess Osborne joined Bullard Law in 2019. She is admitted to practice in Oregon, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court. Her practice focuses on representing employers in both employment law and labor relations matters. Jess has extensive experience working with clients on disputes on many levels – including administrative complaints, state and federal litigation, grievances, arbitrations, and NLRB hearings. Jess also provides clients with advice and trainings on a wide range of legal issues in employment and labor contexts. In addition, Jess has experience conducting external workplace investigations, providing an outside vantage to review factual issues and assist in resolving active concerns. Jess is also active in her communities, including service to various organizations.
Both attorneys join the current shareholders at Bullard Law in one of the leading labor, employment, and benefits law firms in the Pacific Northwest. The firm has served more than 5,000 clients throughout the United States in both the private and public sectors.
