Dear friends of Bullard Law,

We are writing to share some bittersweet news. 
 
We have had the privilege of serving clients as Bullard Law for over 45 years. The world has changed dramatically over that time, as has the practice of law and the economics of running a small boutique law firm like Bullard Law. Our firm has always been nimble and changed with the times. However, at this point, the changes we would have to make to keep up with the legal market would be drastic and compromise the values that brought us all to the firm in the first place. Therefore, we have determined that the best way to continue to serve the clients that we have had the privilege of working with for so long is to do so in different ways. To that end, the shareholders of Bullard Law have unanimously decided to wind down the firm. 
 
That will mean something a little different for each of us – with some attorneys and staff going to a larger firm, some attorneys forming their own smaller firm, and some attorneys helping to transition their clients to other lawyers/law firms best suited to meet their needs. Our primary goal is to ensure our clients have a seamless transition and that our attorneys and staff are supported in pursuing the best path for each of them.
 
We will be in touch with clients individually with more information on where the attorneys you work with will be continuing their practice, how to contact them, and how we propose to continue supporting you and your legal matters.
 
Thank you for your support over the years. We are sad to say goodbye to Bullard Law, but we are excited for the things that will come. We pride ourselves on being a group of legal professionals who care deeply about our clients, each other, and our community. None of that will change as we transition to the next chapter. We hope that you will join us on the ride.
