Bullard Law is pleased to announce the addition of Nik Soukonnikov to our team. Nik brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in labor relations, negotiations, and advocacy. He has nearly 20 years of experience in a wide range of labor-related areas, including organizing campaigns, collective bargaining, workplace investigations, and contract disputes.

Nik received his J.D. at the University of Minnesota Law School and began his career in labor and employment with Oregon’s SEIU locals. After law school, he represented California public employee unions, leading negotiations with employers like the County of Los Angeles, representing employees in disciplinary matters, and in hearings before the state’s Public Employment Relations Board.

Nik's unique perspective and insider understanding of union strategies enable him to take a holistic approach to labor matters. He is adept at finding cost-effective solutions that advance clients' immediate interests while aligning with their long-term goals. Nik has successfully negotiated collective bargaining agreements, settled individual cases, and represented clients in arbitrations, commission hearings, and unfair labor practice charge cases.
