ProfileTrevor R. Caldwell
Trevor’s practice focuses on traditional labor law, including collective bargaining, labor contract administration, labor arbitrations, employee relations, discipline and discharge, representation before state and federal agencies, and policy review and implementation for both private and public sector clients. He provides training and consultation for employers on labor and employment law.
In addition, Trevor serves on the Executive Board of the Oregon State Bar Military and Veterans Law Section, on the Multnomah Bar Association Professionalism Committee, and the Multnomah Bar Association Young Lawyers Section Pro Bono Committee.
Trevor also serves as a Judge Advocate in the Oregon National Guard. Prior to entering the legal profession, Trevor served as an officer in the U.S. Army with the 75th
Ranger Regiment and 82d Airborne Division.
Outside of work, Trevor enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, reading, and exploring the Pacific Northwest’s backcountry
